Gluten specifically I find to be one of those foods that’s the most inflammatory to female organ systems, like the thyroid, or like the uterus. So flax seeds are wonderful phytoestrogens, and those are things that you can take two tablespoons every single day for the first two weeks of your cycle, again starting at day one, the first day of your bleed until around day 14. And then the last two weeks you want to support more of the Vigrx. So this could be sesame seeds, or tahini spread, and two tablespoons of sesame seeds, or tahini would be a wonderful way to support progesterone naturally. I’m writingg this now instead of tomorrow morning because I’m confident enough in my success that I can do that.
